Once dispatched, delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

For international orders:

Customers are fully responsible for any customs charges, import duties, VAT, or local taxes required by their country.

These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

We have no control over customs processing times or additional charges imposed by authorities.

If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, shipping costs are non-refundable and a refund will only be considered once the item is returned in its original, unworn condition.
