RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
1. Custom & Personalised Wigs
All custom, made-to-order, or personalised wigs are final sale.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to goods that are made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
As our wigs are made to order and customised to individual client requirements, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
2. Ready-to-Ship Wigs
For non-custom, ready-to-ship wigs, returns may be considered only if:
The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
The wig is unused and unworn
The lace has not been cut
No glue, products, styling, or alterations have been applied
The wig is returned in its original condition and packaging
Due to hygiene reasons, wigs that have been worn or altered are not eligible for a refund.
3. Inspection & Approval
All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
If the item does not meet return conditions, no refund will be issued and the item will be returned to the customer.
4. Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Faulty Items
If you believe your item is faulty, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo and video evidence.
This does not apply to issues caused by wear, installation, improper handling, or third-party alterations.
